• UI Engineer-II I am working as Senior UI Engineer in the Health & Life Insurance vertical. I own the engineeering side of the Investment Policy Authoring Platform, transitioning it to Acko's new architecture, SureOS. Rebuilt the platform from scratch using Next.js, Zustand, Ant Design with implementing foundational practices like ESLint, Prettier and CI/CD deployment pipelines for maintainable and efficient development workflows. Designed and developed business critical flows like Plan Creation, Partner, Master Policy, Broker, and Packages workflows, in close collaboration with the Product, Engineers and the Business Operations team, addressing operational challenges, enhancing the user experience and launching the platform through a phased rollout: Beta testing in Q3 and Alpha testing by the end of Q4 of 2024.
• SDE-I I worked on the app side for Customer Success(CS) at Jupiter, building solutions to power all use cases, streamlining agent-customer interactions, and improving support speeds. This pivotal role resulted in significant business impact, delivering cost savings in the tens of crores for the company.
• Software Engineer I served as the sole front-end engineer for a real-estate client based in North America in leading development for their existing web-based product built with Next.js, and Redux and also contributing to backend systems built with Express with PostgreSQL.
